[SWFObject] IE 6 Javascript Pop Up Hides Flash

When i use any number of javascript functions to open a popup window from
this site, the swfObject flash disappears in IE6.

Here is the problem page with swfObject 1.4.3:

If you click the "locations" link in white near the top of the page, watch
what happens to the flash header above it after the popup window opens.

here is the same exact page, with the only change being swfObject 1.3:
http://blueequity.missiondata.net/about/company-overview.shtml

this page works fine with the same actions.
