What version of Mozilla are you seeing this happen with?

  Thanks,

  Michael

Subject: [SWFObject] An issue wtih Express Install and Mozilla

I have been using flashobject for a few months now, and it's been great... especially with ExpressInstall... but I'm having an issue with Mozilla and EI. When I go to my own site using Mozilla (http://www.laurelwoodpro.com) I get the ExpressInstall message. I click "Start Upgrade", Adobe tells me I need version 9. I click "Yes" and then get a "Files in Use" message, saying "Some files that need to be updated are currently in use. The following applications are using files that need to be updated by this setup. Close these applications, yada yada yada."

The application that it says needs to be closed is Firefox! Okay. So when I close Firefox, the whole thing goes away. Hmmm. Somehow I don't think this is what Express Install is supposed to do. What's the fix? Currently, I'm thinking anyone using Firefox is locked out of my site. Not a good thing.

  Thanks,

  Dave Sansom
