[SWFObject] IE7 beta and swf object not working

a colleague is using IE 7.0.5296.0 Beta 2 on Windows XP Pro (build
2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-15.19) Service Pack 2

and swf object is failing to write...

pretty vague i know but any ideas ?
