[SWFObject] FLV part II

Hi, I'm a SWFObject newbie who is also embedding a SWF container for
progressive FLV playback. I've got the basics working, but now I need to add
the Express Install option. I've been through the online instructions and
the example file, but I don't understand what's happening well enough to
make it work for me. What exactly do I need to add to my HTML and my FLA?
