[SWFObject] Express Install

I have a SWF container that loads a progressive-download FLV. I embedded it
with SWFObject and set the useExpressInstall to "true." I also added the
expressinstall.as include in the first frame of the SWF container.

 

When you load the page, the detection is working, it appears to go through
the upgrade process correctly - but then it reloads the original page, and
the Flash Player area is just a big empty white space (IE7, FF1.5,
Opera9.02). Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
