[SWFObject] Express Install unsupported

Express Install is not supported for players 8.0.17.0 or 8.0.27.0. 
Currently FlashObject checks if the player is 6.0.65 or higher and uses 
Express Install if so.

It should probably also check for these two exceptions and not use 
ExpressInstall in that case too. When it is used, the user gets the 
upgrade dialog but clicking "yes" always fails. I think most Intel Macs 
ship with one of these preview releases.
