[SWFObject] Please help me..("wmode", "transparent");

can you provide more details?

if the background is transparent, then we know the parameter is  
working, and there isn't anything else that swfobject does that could  
fix it.

you can test this by embedding it without swfobject and seeing if it  
works or not.
