and the swfobject code I've used for the navigation bar works fine (except for
the whole centering thing which I still haven't worked out). On the page
that does use frames, I can't figure out how to force the behavior of the
navigation bar buttons to replace the contents of the entire browser window
instead of loading in the bottom frame where the navigation bar is
