reported by Tim is an interesting one and I have just encountered a
similar thing myself on Monday. Initially, I had thought it was due
to SWFObject which I had just added throughout the site, so I removed it
on the homepage and used Dreamweaver 8's stock-standard method of
adding a flash movie and it still occurred. I have no recollection of it
behaving in this manner prior to adding the SWFObject approach over the
weekend. Granted the site is still in development, but I am sure I would have
noticed this happening before now.</SPAN></DIV>

over the html, and it looks like there are style tags that IE supports,
but FF ignores. For example, the page is aligned left in FF, but centered
in IE. Thus I think IE is placing the menu in the wrong place, then
