[SWFObject] Best practices for installation

This might be of use or relevance:
What we are building is a 'prep' page as it were to make people more aware
of the exciting reasons they should upgrade to flash.
Call it service netting. Instead of just pushing them to install flash just
because they need it, we are taking the time to tell them why and assure
them it is exciting and wonderful - improving the overall user experience.
It creates a much more positive spin before directing them to the Adobe page
which pushes not so great Yahoo tool bars on the user.
I have abandoned express install, after 15+ hours trying to get it to work
properly I think it is a (sorry to say) poor implementation of an upgrade
service.
Cheers,
Michael
