[SWFObject] js problem or swf issue? that is the question

Anyone correct me if I'm wrong. The actionscript on the first empty
frame on your actions layer in your FLA file calls in the
expressinstall.as when publishing so there is no need to have the .as
file reside on your server. 
 
Just in case you're confused as we all are at some point, this is how
your code should look. I noticed you had a span class inside a p tag
using the same stylesheet... doh!
