Not sure if I am replying to this correctly as I am new to the list...

I've done some more testing regarding the Firefox problem and learned that it must not be a Javascript or SWFObject problem, as I was able to reproduce it stripping away all Javascript.

I suppose it is a bug in Firefox (and maybe even the whole lot of those browsers) that simply needs to be fixed somehow. I did list it as a bug with Mozilla, so we will see what happens.

As for a solution that will work for now, I am doing as you say - create one swf file. I'm fairly new to Flash, however, so I haven't really learned all the best and quickest ways to do things. Because of this, I simply created a flash file that has the same background / border as the table. After that, I cut out the portions of the other one that contains the text and imported them as an image. I then could move those image 'columns' around and make room for buttons as needed.

This is probably not the most efficient way to go about doing this, as it uses graphics. The size came out to be 10kb, without embedding sound. There is no need to embed a font (not that I know how, lol) since the Korean is all in images. I just pulled out a bunch of copies of the button from the library, and simply gave each one a specific filename to play instead of a variable.

In the end, it takes a very long time, especially if I want to also do it the original way I had planned for IE users. The new way will work for everyone, but it's more difficult to manage.

I couldn't just copy and paste the list of words into a text field in the Flash file because they are all in a table. You can't really grab one column at a time (that I know of).

If anyone has any better ideas that will be more efficient and quicker to do, then please let me know!

Oh, and I will of course be using SWFObject to add the flash file to HTML ;-) It seems SWFObject doesn't have any problems after all....On that topic, SWF Object doesn't happen to have anything built in to open it in a Javascript pop up window does it? Or would I need to create Javascript code for that and an HTML file that contains only the included SWF file and simply open that page?
