[SWFObject] Trouble opening new browser windows

Your right it was some kind of pop up blocker problem.

When I uploaded the files and viewed via a server they worked but not locally.

i'm thinking it was a popup blocker issue - but i'm not sure why using swfobject would make a difference... 

 

but if it is an issue, i'd like to know the fix for it for future reference...

 

also: were you testing your movie locally? or on a server? what browser?

Hi Andrew, 

Try http://www................/mph06.htm instead of just mph06.htm.

( I may be way of base, but it's worth a try, I seem to remember relative as opposed to absolute url's causing trouble in the past )
