[SWFObject] help! please!

Hi.

I'm new to integrating flash into my html pages.
I'm also somewhat of a newbie when it comes to coding.
Sorry.
But I really need your help.
Please.

Without knowing about the double click "limitations", I built a  
website around flash button navigation and content.
The double  click is driving me crazy and I want to change it to a  
single click.
I found your post regarding SWF OBJECT.

What script do I use to make it a single click and how do I insert it  
into my html page?

My swf files are version 7.
