[SWFObject] Ampersands and addVariable Parameters

interesting... are you doing any other processing on the string after  
it enters the swf?

maybe you could just set the string manually inside your flash movie as

Tony%20%26%20Joe%27s%20Seafood%20Place

and then see how your app displays it?
