[SWFObject] Ampersands and addVariable Parameters

Would you believe, it displays it exactly as written: 
"Tony%20%26%20Joe%27s%20Seafood%20Place" and does not decode it.

And, I don't see anything in the actionscript related to the handling of 
the string that looks unusual to me...
