[SWFObject] detection script issue with Flash 9.0.16 and IE 6.0.2900

ah, so this makes it more interesting...

it's possible that if the IT dept. does the flash player install by  
pushing it out with an admin tool (or bundled somehow with IE), they  
may have botched it, so everyone has one of these 'corrupt' installs...

if that's the case, there isn't really anything you can do about it  
but not use swfobject and just use a normal object/embed method.
