[SWFObject] FO Integration Kit problems - continued

Hi Geoff,

Sorry for not being clear enough but the click-sound is not the issue
anymore because your latest integkit completely eliminated the click in
IE.

I've got a demo page
http://development.tnmedia.nl/integkit/onthefly.html that hopefully
explains what I'm trying to accomplish.

Your integkit works 100% ok when flash is embedded during onload (To
also show that the IE click sound is gone I've changed in your original
demo the href links to <div>-onclick events).

What I need is to add flash on-the-fly using SWFobject and also have the
features of the Integkit available. I want to use your solution because
1) I like SWFobject and 2)your version of the Integkit doesn't have the
IE-click.

I've written two simple functions to add or remove flash to a page and
they work fine in Firefox (see my demo), but somehow in IE the
communication drops after the first call from Javascript to Flash. And
from the start there is nothing happening between Flash and javascript.

I think Aran has got a good point when he suggested that somehow the
connection to the proxy gets lost.

Cheers,
David

so i'm confused, does my latest version have the click sounds or not?

i have an example page that uses an interval to send data to flash,
and that interval doesn't make any sound when it's called.

but when you click a html link, you get the click sound (i was under
the impression that you can't get rid of that part - or does the
original kit not click when you do that?)
