[SWFObject] What would cause SWF-Object to NOT work?

Hey Guys,

I am still trying to get SWF-Object to work with Jetspeed-2 portlet container. I was wondering what type of things I should be looking for in its source that may cause SWF-Object to not work...

By not work I mean that the Flash is showing up fine, but in IE I have to 'click' to activate still...
