[SWFObject] swf not showing

your code below looks fine, and it looks like you are using the last  
version before the swfobject name change, so that should be fine.

can you get more info on the browser/os the user had? if it's just  
one person, you could have them run the adobe flash player  
uninstaller and then reinstall it.
